The first order was incorrect. I ordered matte beads and I received shiny beads and the quantity was wrong. I messaged the shop and they wanted a picture to see what they had sent out, then they expedited the correct beads. I received that order and it was still wrong. I’ve message the shop, sent a picture of what was sent and they will not respond. I will not order from this shop again.

I will not order from this shop again. * update 11/16/2023, seller responded to my message after I contacted Etsy and said they would send two light smoky quartz 4mm bead strands. I sent the other two back, at my expense, and I still have not received the light smoky quartz. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!
