I am SO DISAPPOINTED in this seller. I actually love her items, but she sent me 8 of the wrong pendants. I did not have a problem with that though. I immediately contacted her her explaining what happened with photos and asked if she could send replacements and asked where to return what I received. She replied the next day shed get them to me. A week later i had not received them so i messaged to check on it.NO REPLY!! waited a day and messaged AGAIN! Still no reply. After a week of me checking in daily (assuming surey she was not receiving these) i wrote one last plea for my items saying i did not want go leave a bad review. 48 hours later- NO response. I had so e special orders for what i ordered and now i can not make them. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
