I reached out to the seller to inform the color received does not look like the item pictured. I needed bright silver plated beads and the ones I received look more antique style, not bright at all. That maybe includes a description stating they appear darker in person. The response from the seller told me what I needed to include with my return. Instead of starting it empathy or understanding. I didn’t ask for a refund. I didn’t ask for a discount. The customer service was just as or more disappointing than the beads.
